Vacancy: Customer Service Representative (Part-time / Freelance)

Flo and Co is the online destination for stylish, practical and affordable products for mothers and children. With a rapidly growing customer base and an ever-expanding range, we are expanding our team. That is why we are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who wants to help us take the customer experience to the next level.

What will you be doing?
You will answer customer questions via email and social media.
You will actively contribute ideas on how we can improve our service.
You will work with our team to gather feedback and identify trends.
You will assist with returns and order processing (light administrative work).
Who are you?
You have strong communication skills and write flawless English.
You have an affinity with baby and mother products.
You work independently and think in a solution-oriented way.
You are available for at least 8 hours per week.
